At Clémence by rue Madame, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection is not quite right, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and hygiene stickers remain intact and undamaged.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, or schedule a collection if applicable.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
